Looks like EMF has a new filing in place for a translator in San Francisco on 104.1. They might be leasing the HD2 on KISQ and use it to feed a translator. EMF has another translator in San Jose on the same frequency.

Where did you hear KISQ HD2?
 
It used to be AIR-1 within the last few weeks, now all I heard is this annoying CD skipping sound.
