Hi folks,
Hope this is an ok place to post this.
I'm looking to (roughly) translate incoming text messages into my current number of listeners.
For instance, when I ask listeners to text us to enter our contest, if I get 500 responses at that instant, how many people are listening?
Back in the day, a consultant told me 1 to 2% of your listeners play contests. So, does that mean if 500 texts come in, 1% of my audience is 500? And that would translate to 50,000 people?
I realize that this is not an exact science - - - I was just looking for some folks out there who have PPM and do text contests to see about where their numbers are. No names/calls needed of course.
Thanks for any help!
