Form 3 of EAS NATIONAL TEST

Has anyone filled out FORM 3 of the EAS National Test? We didn't receive the signal successfully. We received two signals one from the raido station and one from public radio and didn't reset at eom.

What did you experience? josh
 
Most stations in Washington reported successful tests. About the only question was why some stations relayed alerts received from their LP1s, rather than from IPAWS. Otherwise, most that I saw reports from, said they received and sent their tests with no problems.

We did our form 3s pretty much immediately. Done, finished and moved-on.
