The Beat's last regular Sunday show

I don't know how much of you will look at this as a milestone, but today will be the last Sunday of the Beat on a regular basis until the Chicago Bears's season ends, and depending on their schedule is they might air here and there, it depends on on how WGN Radio sets their schedule for days that the Bears don't have a noon kickoff. But starting next Sunday the Chicago Bears will be back to play football, and following their games will be The Hamp and O’B Show with Glen Kozlowski show. And they might even have a pregame show as well as long it is not a Noon start, but it will be interesting for what WGN Radio will schedule programs if the Bears have a 3:25 or Sunday night football game. As of right now they have 12 scheduled Noon starts, which includes 4 primetime games which one game on Sunday night football, two games on Monday night football, and one game on Thursday night which will be the Packers game in Green Bay that will be on CBS and NFL Network. All 4 primetime games are before their bye week which will begin after October 31st, which is a Monday night which they the Minnesota Vikings at home. As of right now they don't have any 3:25 PM scheduled starts, but that can also change depending on how the Bears do this season, where later on when the NFL can flex games in and out of time slots, depending on how important that they might see a game. Later on the Bears could be flexed into a 3:25 game time or even a Sunday night game, but they can't be flexed to a Monday night game. But since we all expect the Bears to stink this year, I don't think we will have to worry about it. But as of starting next weekend the Beat will air on Saturday afternoons and of course when Northwestern Men's football isn't scheduled to play. And things will change again when Northwestern's men's football season is over in late November.
