FCC: 62 applicants qualified to bid for TV spectrum

I wonder which stations are being auctioned off, aside from WUSF-TV (the kids in Tampa Bay don't have anywhere to watch anymore, at least, if they have cable/satellite, they have other options, but other than that, they need to do somewhere else to watch or watch from Netflix, unless WEDU replaces it's 3.4 channel with an all-kids channel...:confused:)?
