WXYT rode the Tigers to the top spot, with WRIF and WOMC neck and neck at #2 and #3 respectively. WKQI saw a decent gain and is tied with WCSX at #4. WYCD maintained last month's jump to be #6. The election year news continues to keep WJR and WWJ in the Top 10. WMXD and WNIC rounded out the Top 10.
In it's last total book as a Sports Station, 105.1 drew a meager 0.7 rating. The next book will tell how much the ratings will increase under the new format. Interestingly, NASH saw a cume increase as well. Perhaps there is simply better Country Music content bringing listeners back into the fold.
Adell apparently subscribed to the ratings for the first time for 910. I doubt he'll be pleased with the verdict, a 0.1 rating. This despite attracting some big local names to host shows and blanketing the area with billboards. Such a rating won't help him use the figures to sell ads, but the station could still generate revenue through a focused local sales team.
