So I am a little confused. Did Berners group buy the station from Blackstrap or are they leasing it like DR K and Jeff Santos did. I was under the impression that Berner bought the staion for short money.
There is a pending application to sell which you can see at https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/w...xt=25&appn=101685556&formid=314&fac_num=12789
In the meantime, a TBA is in effect.
