Another Monday, another business transaction in San Diego. This time involving KFMB AM and FM along with Z90, Magic 92.5 and 91x.

Two of the area’s digital and broadcast companies joined forces Monday, announcing a joint-operating agreement that “preserves local ownership and operation of San Diego’s top-rated radio stations,” according to a statement.
Local Media San Diego, LLC, and KFMB Stations made the deal public Monday. The agreement makes the entity the largest local radio broadcasting platform in San Diego.
Stations like Local Media’s Magic 92.5 and 91X will now be affiliated with KFMB Stations’ 100.7 JACK FM and AM 760 KFMB.

I'm not understanding how this will work.....is there ownership changes included here (like Midwest Television getting out of radio ownership?) ? Or is this a joint marketing agreement?

Will 91X etc. move down to the KFMB building? Or KFMB/KFMB-FM move up to the Local Media building? Or what? Nothing? Just a joint marketing agreement?
