Big Tom Parker RIP

Tom was one of the best. A real DJ's DJ. He was smooth and clever, but more than anything had a warm, friendly voice that made you feel like he was real. His early work in Oregon, (namely Portland), was great, but he also excelled in SF, and even a short time in Seattle. Sometimes jocks use the "big" adjective because, well, they are not in shape. Not so with Tom, he was just tall! RIP, Big Tom.
