When is the new format going to be on? There still a studio on the Bay Bridge when it was KDIA, Is it still in use?

Isn't Rado Mirchi a network in India - I thought foreign companies couldn't own U.S. stations?
If they have a subsidiary in the US where US citizens own the required amounts, it is very legal.
