Has Global Music Rights started contact stations to licensing their music?

ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, Global Music Rights... Where does it end?

The Radio Music Licensing Committee is the organization that represents radio stations in music licensing. That's who he should be contacting, not individual radio stations.
