CBS Detroit_All Stations Down 08/16

All CBS Detroit stations were down for about 30 minutes starting at 10:30AM on Sunday. Anyone have a clue what happened? I believe they have separate transmitter sites for at least some of their stations, so was it at the studio site maybe?
