Good to hear Arnie "Wo Wo " Ginsburg on with Morgan White, Jr. on his WBZ Radio show last Saturday night.

Hard to believe the Arnie Ginsburg is 91 years old.

Young forever in our minds if not in reality.

"Wo Wo" is a formerly legendary station on 1190 AM out of Ft. Wayne, Indiana that was heard all over the eastern USA at night until 1995.

Yep, WOWO was a very good station with a fantastic nighttime reach. It was unfortunate when their nighttime signal was downgraded, because I think they are now but a shell of what they once were. (Hmmm, seems some of us have lamented the downgrading of signals closer to us just recently.)

And to those of you who will tell me that out-of-market listeners don't mean a thing to advertisers, put a sock in it, OK?. For us who were DXers using nothing more than portable transistor radios hundreds of miles away from all those REAL clear channel signals, life was good.
