Voltair

(DETROIT, MI)

Today Chevrolet announced that it would merge old and new together to create an entirely new class of vehicle.
The mix of the iconic '60's classic and somewhat maligned Corvair mated to the cutting edge power plant technology of today's Volt.
As a line extension of the Volt the new model will be called the Voltair.
No other details are available at this time.

Chevrolet points out that there is no connection between this and a controversial new audio processing system for radio stations also known as the Voltair.
This device is thought to enhance tones encoded over the air for those wearing a Purple People Meter with the goal of garnering increased station ratings.
