CALL FOR APPLICATIONS - VANCOUVER
The CRTC has issued a call for applications for the Vancouver area after receiving an application from Sher-E-Punjab for a new AM station in Vancouver and an application from South Asian Broadcasting for a rebroadcaster in Surrey to simulcast programming from CKYE 93.1 Vancouver.
No details on frequency or power were released. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 17, 2015.

The 95.9 signal in Toronto sounded like a decrease this morning, rather than an increase in signal. Very weak all of a sudden, sounding far away.
