I understand that KCUL-AM flipped formats today under it's new ownership. It's old school R&B which is a format that seems to be missing in East Texas. (And no, I don't own it.)
 
LOL it was missing because you pulled the old school hip-hop/R&B off KDOK. :p
 
Actually, this isn't Hip-Hop R&B. It's calling itself "The Soul" of Marshall. More like Motown than anything else....
 
Magic 1410 is an Urban AC/Rhythmic Oldies station. The KCUL calls will be leaving 1410 very very soon. Since Access.1 is selling the FM to a totally different company the two stations need to be divorced, but don't worry the station will be getting some very historic East Texas calls, very appropriate to the format!
