Will the "yo" format come to LA?

Univision, last year launched the "YO" classic hip hop format in Albuquerque, if they flipped KSCA, to that format would it work in LA. Just asking. I know some markets have had success with this format from other companies.

As usual, look at the billings. KSCA is in a multi station tie for 10th in billings and is the key station in the company's very successful morning show which is syndicated in multiple markets.
