I seriously doubt they'd time shift him that way. I don't know the ratings but they must be decent in SoCal at least because its drive timeCowherd's show can be delayed by two hours and the 10-to-noon ESPNLA Now program can be integrated into the Washington/Rogers show. A fine idea!
Confirmed by Travis Rodgers (forgive my misspelling in my post above) + Kelvin Washington on their Twitter accounts that they'll be co-hosting starting Mon. 3/2 from 5 AM-7 AM Pacific on-air + 7 AM-9 AM Pacific online only (although they aren't exactly forthcoming about the online-only portion of their show from 7-9 AM Pacific, confusing some Twitter followers).

The ESPN affiliates are encouraged to carry a certain amount of national programming per day.
Thus, the reason why Colin Cowherd will continue in the 7 AM-10 AM Pacific time slot and
Mike + Mike will continue from 3 AM-5 AM Pacific along with other network programming that usually
airs from 9 PM-3 AM Pacific (outside of Lakers games + the occasional Angels games).
