On air staff walks out at WFYL-AM... again!

The entire local on air staff has walked out of ultra right wing daytime talker WFYL 1180-AM located on a golf course in West Norriton Township. That's two different complete air staffs in less than a year and a half. Bruce and Karin Stocking, Corrine Lillis and Gwen Alexander are off the air and wiped clean from the station's website. Today's morning show (1/29) was hosted by the station's owners, Al and Susan Loch, who spent the morning calling for the impeachment of President Obama before the automation froze up at 11:25 AM and they went off the air during the Laura Ingraham program. You can't make this stuff up. Still amazing this station is still on the air since their license was not renewed by the FCC in July.... Stayed tuned. Can't image how this one will end.
 
If WURD can still be on the air after the hate and venom they spew 24/7, why cant WFYL???

Because they're not "ultra right wing", which is an unforgivable sin around here. By the way, judging by WFYL's syndicated content, they're hardly "ultra" anything.

Another fly by night operation falls apart. Nothing new here.

According to the FCC's website, the renewal application was accepted on 3/31/2014. It is still pending. Stations are allowed to continue operating while renewal applications are pending.

So its Ok if their "ultra racist", non stop, I guess "around here", that's not a sin for spewing racial hatred, when the "so called" right wingers never mention race or are against any ethnic. Everyone is so politically correct its sickening....

When does this supposed "hate and venom" air on WURD? When channel surfing, i haven't heard any.

I believe that Al Sharpton has a show that they air, so maybe he says things you don't agree with, and you define that as "hate and venom".

Also, you are obviously uneducated in math, as they can't spew hate 24/7 when they air music at least 10 hours a week [ I know of 2 hours, Monday - Friday, when they play music from 7pm - 9pm under the banner of "Rhythmic Caravan", which as of next week will be moved to the 8-10pm slot ].

Are you the person challenging the license renewal of WFYL ?
 
seems 1180 could add an fm translator to cover the Norristown area 24./7.
but maybe they don't have $$$ to do it. Or, are too dumb or too lazy.
