W231CU moves to 104.7

What is happening with W231CU?
They are proposing to move to 104.7 from a TV tower near Countyline Rd.
They would be directional with deep nulls at 20° and 200°,
but be clear from Pembroke Pines to Bal Harbor.
So, what is 93.9 running on their HD subchannels these days.

Or should I have said W284?? ?

And I wonder who is either NNE or SSW of them on channel 283, 284, or 285 that requires such a deep directional null.
Also, what about the fact that 93.9 is on an IF separation frequency (-10.8 MHz).
