Five of the nine stations involved in the transaction are located in Shreveport: KBTT(FM), KOKA(AM), KDKS(FM), KLKL(FM) and KTAL(FM). The other four stations are in Tyler-Longview: KKUS(FM), KOOI(FM), KOYE(FM) and KYKX(FM).
KFRO-AM does not seem to be a part of the sale. They are selling KCUL-AM in Marshall to RCA Broadcasting, LLC. KCUL-FM is for sale, but I don't think there have been any takers. I hope somebody buys KFRO-AM and does something creative with it.
It's referring to it getting put into trust after Access.1 filed bankruptcy and ended up with new majority owners following reorganization. KCUL-FM (and 92.1 in Shreveport) put it above the new ownership limits. So, the new Access.1 put it into trust, and the trust is in charge of finding a buyer for it.
