Brew Gone Flat?

After changing 106.7 to Urban 3 weeks ago, I'm betting the Brew is next to change for iHM. 6+ it's been doing even worse than 106.7 was. The trend as of the just-released October PPM is 2.7 –> 2.6 –> 1.9 –> 1.8 –> 1.6. Given how well the Lake is doing for iHM in Cleveland and Charlotte, I'm guessing they might switch the Brew to Adult Hits despite the fact that Jack-FM is doing it. Or maybe Hot AC, or maybe do a truly broad version of "All Kinds of Rock," as they do it in some other markets (as opposed to the Brew's current hard-leaning, tight-list Classic Rock take on it). I know Unregistered would be happy if they went 60s, but I don't see that happening in a PPM world.

I see it happening for a simple reason. Clear Channel (excuse me I (heart)) has been looking for an FM analog outlet for WTVN for ages and moving the WODC format to 105.7 would allow them to do that. Ironically, in ceding AOR to QFM, they're ceding it to the ORIGINAL WTVN-FM.
