Looking for Internet Soft AC Streams

I have this in the Soft AC forum but figured I would copy it to the general AC forum so that maybe people here can give some suggestions too.

For various reasons, my family has turned to listening to Internet Soft AC stations.

Of ones we've tuned in to so far, these are two we like best:

Soft N Easy Net Radio
http://www.softneasy.com/

Lite 99
http://lite99online.com/

Would love to know of some more streams like these that I can add to my iTunes playlist - ones that are mostly commercial-free with no annoying DJs and that play some soft currents by artists such as Lady Antebellum, Adele, Michael Buble, Colbie Caillat, Josh Groban, Christina Perri, John Mayer, and Jason Mraz.

LOL! Looks like I'm going to have to reply to myself!

Here's another commercial-free Soft AC stream for my iTunes playlist:

Heartbeat FM
http://heartbeatfm.net/

The station plays love songs 24/7 by artists such as Elton John, Celine Dion, Lionel Richie, Billy Joel, Phil Collins, Gloria Estefan, Chicago, Fleetwood Mac, Whitney Houston, Journey, Toto, Taylor Swift, Madonna, Kelly Clarkson, to name a few.

This one I'm dropping from my list. Selections have been hit and miss.

Here's some information about a new Soft AC station that is in the works. It will be called The Seabreeze. It will be 60s years of easy listening vocals. Supposed to premiere in 2014. I suspect the premiere date may be delayed because I haven't heard about it since February.

My family's favorite Soft AC's in our neck of the woods started off like this Breeze station, initially playing instrumental/vocal mix, then weeded out the instrumentals. Now, those stations no longer exist.

Of the DreamRadio stations, the one that would have been specifically classified as Soft AC was the Soft Rock stream. Very much enjoyed that one.

This is a channel I came across recently when I was checking airplay for some singers I like on Tunein.com: http://www.channelztheedge.com/

It's like Joy 99.5 - half mellow, half edgy - but with a larger playlist.

Sample playlist:

Lady Love Me - George Benson
Sister Golden Hair - America
Colors Of The Wind - Vanessa Williams
I'll Still Be Loving You - Restless Heart
All Of You - Julio Iglesias
Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Only In My Dreams - Debbie Gibson
Over You - Daughtry
I Go Crazy - Paul Davis

Besides some country, most of the current music I've heard so far on Channel Z The Edge is the guitar-driven sounds that were popular on AC between 2000-2010. Have yet to hear any of the rhythmic sounds that are popular on AC now.

This is an example of the kind of playlist I've been looking for: http://www.easy981.com/music/broadcasthistoryaspx.aspx

One that includes songs such as "Better In Time" by Leona Lewis, "A Moment Like This" by Kelly Clarkson, "Apologize" by One Republic, "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt", "Thank You" by Dido, "Hey There Delilah" by Plain White T's, mixed with lite hits by Elton John, Celine Dion, The Eagles, Richard Marx and so on.

The only difference is that I'm interested in adding some like that to my iTunes playlist that do not include annoying DJs and other such chatter.

This is a station I plan to check out after the Christmas switch: http://mradio105fm.com/

I emailed the station about certain current artists I like. They do have some and some they don't have yet.

Because I've heard the Soft AC format described as soft rock and easy listening, I've labeled my iTunes playlist of stations as Soft Rock/Easy Listening Radio.

Today (November 17) that Channel Z station played some rap-ish song by Milli Vanilli. Instant turn off for me. Deleted from my playlist.

The thing I like about Joy 99.5 and Soft N Easy Net Radio is that those stations don't bombard you with Christmas music 24/7 before Thanksgiving. They sprinkle Christmas music into their playlists starting on Dec 1, just enough to get you into the spirit of the holidays. They also tend to stay away from the sillier Christmas tunes, like Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer.
