Looks like 96.3 K242AF (Air-1) move frequency's and 103.7 K279BO change format from Air-1 Christian Hit to Country. They are relying on KFBW HD-3 signal.

How is the signal and the fomat?
 
I've heard it's party-style country.
What I think this means is probably no slow songs--upbeat stuff.
