Ole Miss sideline reporter Stan Sandroni dies

Just days after MSU lost Jack Cristil, Ole Miss loses their sideline reporter, Stan Sandroni, who succumbed to a heart attack. Prior to working Ole Miss broadcasts, he was the news and sports director (and sports anchor) for WXVT-TV in Greenville in the 80s. In fact, he gave the Today Show personality Hoda Kotb her start.
 
I was the Operations Manager at WXVT and had the pleasure of working with Stan. He was a great guy and very passionate about his job. MS Broadcasting lost a great man.
