CISL 650 Vancouver flips to Soft Oldies

Newcap has flipped CISL 650 Richmond-Vancouver from Oldies-Standards to Soft Oldies from the 60's and 70's. The station has also dropped its AM 650 branding and has returned to using its CISL call letters.

I never really liked that CISL sprinkled in modern songs along with real oldies, and for that reason I kind of stopped listening after Gerry O'day, Dave McCormic, and Casey White left. However, their new 60's and 70's lean has certainly given me a reason to go back. I hope others have caught on as well.

I see they have also added some talk shows as well. I think they only aired "Its Your Money" and "The Food and Wine Show" when I stopped tuning in. I made a little mention of their talk shows in another tread; it will be interesting to see if any more shows are added.
