BA aka Smooth Jazz Network aka "The Kenny G and Allen Kepler Station" loses another

KMYT - gone from the Smooth Jazz Network. Was Clear Channel's last SJ holdout on analog FM, non HD2. It is now "Radio 94.5" with AAA music. I'm starting to worry about the other holdouts as well - how long are people in Destin going to hear a "Seabreeze" on 106.3, or Coos Bay and North Bend hearing a "Wave" on 105.9? Sad times for smooth jazz. Supposed to be an escape from the CHR, heavy rock, country pop and more that saturates our CC/CBS/Cumu-less corporate cookie cutter dials now.

I think KMYT left the Smooth Jazz Network a while ago. It was just Greg Cozzo in the morning and dj less the rest of the time. Even heard new liners.

As far as what's left of the Smooth Jazz Network, http://smoothjazznetwork.com/wheretolisten.html KZIZ is also gone. I think they went back to gospel, haven't heard any smooth jazz on their signal. It's time for Kepler to close shop.

What's left that I know of WSBZ, WJJZ, KYSJ, KOAZ, KJZY, KJZZ, WAEG, WEIB, WNWV. A couple of college stations WSVU and KSBR.

KZIZ is still "The Jazzy Z" with Allen Kepler's BA crap. If only we still had Jones for these little stations...
