1280 1020 Anderson

My first thought was this meant WRIX-AM was now simulcasting 1280 and someone just got the WRIX frequency wrong.
 
Well,...the new owner(s)??? appear to be turning a few nobs, but so far, no one has the true skinny as to what is ahead.
