WHKF Kiss 99.3

I was listening to Harrisburg's WHKF Kiss 99.3 last evening on the way home from work and they kept announcing that Friday at 5 p.m. a change is coming. Any guesses what the big change is?
 
A format change for 99.3 kiss fm? Since Hot moved to 106.7 with a larger signal than Kiss and kiss is in last place for I heart. I hear they may flip to Alternative. They keep telling listeners to tune to 96.9 FM 97. Maybe FM 97 will get kissed?
