When is Clear Channel going to have the proper legal ID for KTCZ-HD2?

They've been running Kool 1-0-80s liners and Legal IDs for several months.
KQQL-HD2.

Can't they get in trouble over this?
Or does HD-2 + channels are not really monitored.
 
It's Clear Channel, they have the FCC in their pockets so nothing will happen.
