Hagerstown's 1490 WARK now on FM

Manning's news/talker 1490 WARK has their recently approved FM translator on the air at 98.9. It's running the maximum 250 watts from the AM tower, getting out very well in Washington County. I haven't heard any on air promotion that they're now on FM, nor do they have a website. I know the station carries Imus, Dennis Miller, Hannity, Levin and Orioles games.
