RBR-TVBR asked Bruce Beckner, Owner at Garvey Schubert Barer, for his thoughts on a recent Motley Fool article, which examined investor impact for broadcast and cable companies from the FCC’s 3/31 vote for new regulations to limit JSAs. As the Motley Fool post notes, this new rule has come as a blow to broadcasting companies such as Sinclair Broadcast Group.
