MRN on WGTK 970

I went to listen to American Top 40 The 70's tonight on WGTK and there was a NASCAR race on there. I thought MRN was on WRKA 103.9 so I went to the MRN website and found out that WGTK 970 is their affiliate in Louisville. When did this happen?
 
WRKA was the affiliate for all of 2013, but has not carried any of the MRN/PRN races this year.

I would assume that WGTK became the affiliate from the first race of 2014.
