OKC LPFM Question

In his column yesterday, Tom Taylor reported that an LPFM was granted at 93.3 in OKC. How can this be? Wouldn't KJKE object? Or, is New Castle far enough away that it wouldn't matter?

According to the PDF Taylor linked to, the LPFM for OKC is actually at 93.9, not 93.3. Just a typo on his part.

It's licensed to JESUCRISTO ES MI FORTALEZA CHURCH INC.
 
Looks like the antenna will be located on a cell tower at SW 104th and Portland. With 100 watts, the LPFM should cover the southwest metro nicely.
