The War Against Podcasters

I didn't see any mention of this, so excuse me if this is was already discussed:

The campaign: Adam Carolla's Save Our Podcasters Legal Defense Fund - via FundAnything

I think if this is lost in the courts every single podcaster can conceivably be on the hook.

I suggest anyone interested in this check out a documentary called "Everything is a Remix". It's not specifically about patents, but it's about how the creative process works and why our patent system is outdated.

Having said that, within the current system, this patent troll might have a case.
