Sorry about not mentioning the correct frequency in my previous message. I saw the correct frequency before coming here, but misread the frequency in the first message for the correct frequency.

2 sports stations in Chicago is more than enough.
My only guess is that this is some kind of a long play (short term loss for long term gain). But I dont see a destination unless they plan on making a big play for more play-by-play deals.

I dont like the lineup since they say they are going for a young and hip audience. There is a lot of younger talent at The Score. Ben Finfer, Adam Hoge, Jay Zawaski, Matt Abbatacola... just to name a few. They should have made a run at them.
 
Expect the ''farmed out" games(same time Cubs, NU, Blackhawks) to be on the FM station......Spike did not sound too comfortable back on with Harry T. Like not hearing traffic and weather breaks. NBC sports affiliate gives market all 3 major sports radio nets.
