Large Market All-News Scoreboard for Oct. 2013

The strong All-News stations stayed strong in October. But there wasn't much traction for the three newest FM All-News outlets, KROI Houston, WNEW-FM Washington and WYAY Atlanta. WYAY will have a veteran Atlanta talk host do a weekday news-oriented show from Noon to 3pm, and next season Braves baseball will also air on WYAY. They say this doesn't mean the All-News format is over, just evolving. Also of concern is the falling ratings for KYW Philadelphia. Usually in the top 3, in October the station dropped from #6 to #8.
