WNYC (NPR affiliate in New York) will launch the Jonathan Channel

This stream will air on Iheartradio and tunein according to radioinsight and WNYC "The sounds of Sinatra, Nelson Riddle, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Mel Torme, Bing Crosby, Billie Holiday everyday" This means that Standards Music will be on this web feed and is funded by the members of WNYC.

as of this posting (Wed. 10/30 after 4pm ET), the Jonathan Channel is in beta testing mode running encore presentations of past Jonathan Schwartz WNYC-FM weekend shows.
