Fez Whatley (Ron & Fez) comes out

Fez Whatley, from the "Ron & Fez" radio show (formerly on WNEW, WJFK, and WFNY, now on Sirius-XM), came out of the closet as gay:

Aside from those on Sirius-XM's gay-themed channel, are there any other nationally syndicated openly gay/lesbian radio talk show hosts (or DJs, for that matter)?

There are actually a few openly gay/lesbian broadcasters. On a national level along with Fez Whatley, Stephanie Miller is one. So is Karel. And there will be more to come. Some are already on the air, they just haven't come out openly yet......

Came out? Really? If you listened to the show for more than 5 minutes, you knew by the back and forth with Ron that he is gay. Are there changes in the offing now that one of the themes and/or draw of the show is off the table?

Derrick J. on Free Talk Live Tuesday nights is quite gay.

Stephanie Murphy on FTL Sunday nights is bisexual.

If you'd listened to the show over the past 3 or so years, you'd also know that the guy has had massive anxiety issues, obviously because of this "secret". I'm just happy for the guy that the response has been so positive.

Of course it would have always been positive, but everyone has to make the decision on when to come out on his or her own terms.
