Skipped Legal IDs or Giving them Wrong/ FCC?

KUOW Seattle IDs as "94.9 KUOW-FM Seattle, KUOW Tumwater, KQOW Bellingham and digital HD services"

The breakdown: KUOW-FM is the main Seattle signal, KUOW Tumwater is an AM station (1340) near Olympia which was picked up several years ago to fill in the Seattle signal challenged Olympia area, KQOW was originally a 100 watt translator that was upgraded to a fully licensed station (still 100 watts) on 90.3 in the Bellingham area. And digital HD services? That's about as vague as I ever heard a digital ID.

I must have been misinformed.
