Big upgrade for WNCK

WNCK has been awarded a CP to increase power from 500 watts vertical, 78 watts horizontal to 6kw H&V, from the same tower on Nantucket at the same HAAT (36 meters.) The new 60 dBu will now encompass all of Nantucket and start to reach out toward Martha's Vineyard a little better.
