As far as I know, that format (Top 40 CHR) has been there for approximately 3 years. Before that KSXY used to be on 98.7 and was a Rhythmic CHR. 98.7 competed with KSRT 107.1 at one point when KSRT was Rhythmic CHR too.
 
@Travis - How strong does it come in down there in Concord?

Yeah, we're a Top 40 based out of Santa Rosa, Ca.
 
Pretty strong, although it has interference issues with KMIX in Stockton,KMIX usually wins.If you want I can send you a WMA of the audio out here. Also your sister stations KRSH KXTS and KNOB come inwith listenable singnals occaisionally too
