was Connie retired?
While I am quick to give Dan Mason prop's about fixing broken programming in the CBS chain, his "shareholder" mentality has really kicked some great radio careers into the gutter in recent weeks. Unfortunately the latter has wiped out any of the cache that the form had earned the man in my book.

Connie Cole? Gone from KZOK? Now that's just WRONG!
She was perhaps the longest surviving jock from KZOK's early '80s days (I remembered hearing her way back in HIGH SCHOOL!)
Aside from a brief gig at KISW and flirtations with KMPS in the '90s, she's been at KZOK for what seems like forever in radio.
You WILL be missed Connie. Hope you'll return to the air soon....
