Two separate events....Hood/Zepeda connection is why he brought HER name up ... but there is truth that the company has a long history of doing very well by the corporate cheerleaders regardless of the actual merit of their accomplishments. Unfortunately, current vocal group is probably not going to have enough numbers to cause any significant change --- in my guess the result will be the same as years past.
A group will say "you folks pay yourselves too much for the quality of work you are doing".
And the response will be much like Dick Cheney getting interviewed by ABC about the "popular support" for overseas policy: "so %%%ing what??"
It may, however, cause a burst of applause ... which is SOMETIMES enough to wake up at least three of the directors during a meeeting.
