Traveling down Highway 94 there is a rather striking billboard advertising "'LIGHTS OUT RADIO" Coming Soon."

Any idea what this is for???? Heaven forbid a San Diego megabroadcaster doing some format experimentation?
 
SDGE is buying a radio station.

Err ... that is a promo for KLSD Xtra Sports 1360.
 
Im pretty sure I heard that Shawn Merriman has a show on 1360. That's probably what the ad was referring to.
