FM stereo vs. mono

I may be new to this post but have some thoughts to share. I recently did a check on the Stereo vs. Mono idea, with my new LPFM radio station. Discovered that broadcasting in Stereo gave me less coverage. When I went to mono, the coverage area was slightly bigger.

This is exactly the point I have been trying to make in a few other long dead threads. I just don't have a LPFM to prove it.
