AC stations that limit themselves to the 80s, 90s, and now without saying so

In this day and age of AC stations playing the best mix of the 80s, 90s, and now, most such stations explicitly have "the best mix of the 80s, 90s, and now" or "the best mix of the 80s, 90s, and today" in their slogans. However, there are some such stations that don't explicitly announce over the air that they play the best mix of the 80s, 90s, and now. Here are some AC stations that limit themselves to the 80s, 90s, and now without explicitly saying so over the air:

The Highway Stations FM 98 and 99 from Barstow, California

WEZN (Star 99.9) in Bridgeport, CT falls into this category. I think they used to acknowledge it, but they don't anymore. But they don't play anything older than 1980 (except during Delilah). In fact, they mostly play music from the last 10 years.

Star 99.9 is a really boring station.

Most AC stations I have listened to play some 70s, some play lots of 70s, some play a few. It depends on the station.

I'm glad somebody else agrees. What gets me most is how they talk down about their competetors and heap high praise on themselves, when all they do is play the same 150 songs day in and day out...

WEBE 108 has MUCH MORE variety. Bashing other radio stations can sometimes actually hurt you. I agree with you.<P ID="signature">______________
