Who will be the first in LA to do HD Radio Simulcasts?

IIRC, the discussion on the SF board about this brought up the point that there is no way to prevent "unauthorized" reception of a HD stream.

Bonneville is going nowhere with this idea, and whoever in their organization came up with the idea is guilty of the Peter Principle.

With sat radio offering up to 140 channels and $100 radios, does anyone really think americans are going to throw out billions of analog radios and buy expensive HD receivers just to get 1 or 2 news channels - that have commercials in them?<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by zumahans1 on 07/11/05 09:47 PM.</FONT></P>
