Just heard this song and I love it. Great old school beat to it. Probably make a bigger splash on Hip-Hop R/B side, but isn't all CHR songs like that now? I predict at least top 20, maybe 10. Great song.

Top 5 on CHR/Rhythmic.

I don't know. John Legend is one of the best talents coming out of the R&B camp right now. Same goes for Kanye West with Hip Hop. These aren't disposable artists, but rather ones with a real shelf life.
Sooner or later Top 40 radio will have to take a more serious look at both of them.
