MLB season is only a month old and the NBA and NHL has already ended their seasons and they have already started the playoffs, when both the NBA and NHL returns this fall, if they don't emerge from bankruptcy, they will be shut down and teams will find their new homes during the off-season before the 2024-2025 NHL and NBA seasons begins.

Maybe the channel was moved to a different programming tier (the article from "Awful Announcing" linked to above says it's now in Spectrum's "Select Plus" package), but Spectrum has not dropped Bally.

Bally Sports got a bankruptcy court hearing next month and I don't think they going to survive. If they reject the Amazon deal, them they going to move to chapter 7 and shut down Bally Sports and move 26 NHL and NBA teams to either both a Dirct-to-Consumers streaming service, free OTA TV or just DTC Streaming Service while 12 MLB teams could end up with the league next year.
